Healthcare Business Books Cleanup What the clinic form stores
The fields you can see, the two identifiers the browser may keep, and how a note comes off the file. Effective 12 October 2026.
Who receives a question about this page
Questions about this page go to +1 844-324-7273. The footer of every page carries the same number.
The fields you can see
When you use a form on this address we receive the fields printed on it. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the charge you picked, the revenue range if you picked one, when the books were last closed if you said, and the note you wrote. There is no hidden field that asks for a fact you cannot see. The website box is a trap for automated posts. A person leaves it blank.
If you open the calendar and choose a time, Microsoft Bookings takes the booking details for us and they reach the same practice. The calendar frame stays empty until you use the button above it.
Two identifiers, and nothing sold
A page view can carry two random identifiers that your own browser keeps, one that lasts and one that ends when the tab closes, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. The record is first party. It goes to our own server. It exists so we can see which clinic pages earn their place.
If the browser is set to Do Not Track, that page view is not recorded.
This address has no advertising pixel, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics. The network that delivers the pages logs ordinary request information for security and rate limiting. That is the only other company in the path.
Why a note is kept
To answer you, to prepare for the call you asked for, to do the work if you engage us, to see which pages earn their place, to keep automated submissions out of the form, and to meet ordinary record keeping duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. No decision about you is made by a machine.
How long the note stays
An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes.
You can also ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number reaches the person who can do that.
The note is stored so the call can start from the charge you named, and so we can keep the record an engagement requires. We do not add it to a marketing list. If you send a second note about the same deposit, we keep both, because the later note often corrects the earlier one. Tell us which one should stand if they disagree.
A day sheet you describe in the note is not a file we already hold. Until there is a signed letter, the note is only the note. We do not pull a clinic system, a bank feed, or a card report from the words in that box.
If this page changes
If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. A material change is made on the page rather than announced somewhere else.
